r777 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "r777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the r777 platform accessible at r777.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Platform" means the r777 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all casino, sportsbook, and gaming services offered thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the r777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of r777's registration process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which r777 processes all player transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account by r777 pursuant to any active promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player from their own PKR-denominated payment source that have not originated from bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before those funds — or winnings derived therefrom — become withdrawable as real money.

Headings used in these Terms are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect interpretation. References to a section include all sub-sections thereof. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register for and use an r777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from r777 or had an r777 Account closed for violations of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of r777 or any of its affiliated gaming content suppliers;
• You are registering and playing in your own name with your own lawfully obtained funds.

r777 reserves the right to request official identity documentation — including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or Pakistani driving licence — at any time during the account lifecycle to verify age, identity, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.1 Age Verification Procedure

r777 employs a risk-based age verification approach. At minimum, all Players are required to confirm their date of birth at registration. For accounts reaching cumulative deposit thresholds or requesting withdrawals above specified amounts, documentary proof of age and identity will be required before funds are released. This process aligns with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards applicable to licensed gaming operators.

3 Account Registration

To access r777's gaming services, a Player must successfully complete the account registration process. By completing registration, the Player warrants that all information provided — including name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) active r777 Account at any given time. r777 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account registrations based on device identifiers, IP addresses, payment method fingerprints, and identity document data. Where duplicate accounts are detected, r777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate accumulated balances, and permanently ban the individual concerned from the Platform.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their r777 login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. r777 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify r777 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account. r777 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

r777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally integrated payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other methods as displayed in the r777 cashier at the relevant time. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change at r777's discretion; the current list is always available on the r777 Payment page.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• r777 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or deposits made through unverified anonymous payment sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the r777 cashier prior to transaction initiation.
• r777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under standard processing timelines, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• r777 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Winnings derived wholly from Bonus Funds (i.e., where no Real Money wager contributed to the win) are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before becoming withdrawable.
• r777 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds. These thresholds are set in accordance with r777's AML compliance obligations.
• r777 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

r777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The availability, terms, and conditions of specific promotions — including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page within the r777 Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• r777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a Player accepting or activating it.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or traded between accounts.
• Where a Player's Real Money Balance reaches zero and only Bonus Funds remain, only eligible games may be used to wager those Bonus Funds toward the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• r777 reserves the right to recalculate, reverse, or cancel bonus awards where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting game mechanics, using automated betting systems, or employing strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent.

6 Casino Games & Betting Rules

r777 offers a library of casino games and sports betting markets sourced from internationally certified gaming content providers. All games utilise either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from regulated studio environments. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on theoretical long-term mathematical models and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on r777's server infrastructure, the server-side record shall be deemed conclusive and binding. r777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions to a Player's internet connection during active game sessions.

Sports betting markets are offered subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. In the case of cricket, this includes results declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or such other body as r777 designates as the results authority for the relevant competition. PSL match results are determined by official PCB declarations, and r777's settlement of related bets shall be final once such declarations are made.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r777 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, each of which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an r777 Account as a minor (under 21 years of age) or on behalf of a minor;
• Registering or operating more than one active Account;
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or personal information to register or transact on r777;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any source that constitutes money laundering under applicable law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with r777's games, cashier, or betting markets;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format offered on r777;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to wagering to exploit incorrectly set odds or game parameters;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with r777's software, security systems, or server infrastructure;
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services from r777.

8 Responsible Gaming

r777 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players at no cost, accessible directly from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your r777 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose over a defined period. This tool helps Players maintain control over their spending without requiring account closure.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Set maximum session durations and receive on-screen notifications at defined intervals reminding you of the time elapsed and the net result of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend or permanently close your r777 Account for any period between 30 days and five years. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suspended and account access is blocked. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.

Players who wish to discuss gambling-related concerns are encouraged to contact r777's Player Protection team. r777 may, at its discretion, apply responsible gaming restrictions to a Player's Account without prior consent where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is at risk of gambling-related harm. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the r777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio-visual elements, and the overall look and feel of the user interface — is the proprietary intellectual property of r777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.

Players must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any element of the r777 Platform without the prior express written consent of r777. Unauthorised use of r777's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability in addition to immediate account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the r777 Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if r777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses;
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or any other circumstances beyond r777's reasonable control that interrupt or prevent access to the Platform;
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information published on the Platform, including but not limited to published odds, game statistics, and promotional terms, except to the extent that such inaccuracy is the direct result of r777's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit r777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

r777 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available in full at r777.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

r777 processes personal data on the lawful bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by r777, subject to any overriding legal obligations r777 may have to retain that data (for example, under anti-money laundering regulations).

12 Amendments & Termination

r777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, r777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent on-Platform notification. Continued use of the r777 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

r777 may suspend or terminate a Player's Account at any time where: (a) the Player is found to have breached these Terms; (b) r777 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) r777 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; or (d) the Player has self-excluded. Upon closure for cause, r777 may retain the Player's Real Money Balance for a period pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may forfeit that balance in whole or in part.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law standards under which r777 is licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through r777's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
